In Britain, has british Parliament and it consists of the House of Commons and the House of Lords. If someone want to be a member of Parliament, there are two ways, the one is to become a member of House of Commons from your local area by located people voting, then you win the vote and you can become a member of House of Lords, but it always is nominated, like ex-Prime Minister.
Cabinet is a leading politicians’ organization, which is responsible for government policy by convention.
Because the new Prime Minister take over the government and also will publish new policy. And the new policy depend on the Prime Minister concept
